Issue of TIMS Card
Nepal Tourism Board (NTB) issues Trekking Information Management System (TIMS) card online.
In order to buy TIMS Card, agencies shall have to complete a registration form with details of trekkers, guides and trekking routes. Please click here to register online.
Procedure to submit the form:
- Fill in the form from computer/mobiles with scanned photo uploaded.
- Submit the form with all the mandatory fields.
- Check out for payment through provided payment services (e.g. ConnectIPS, nepalpay etc.)
- Once the payment is successful, eCard for TIMS will be generated for each trekker with QR in it.
The system is generally available all the time.
For charges, NPR 1000 for SAARC (Citizens of South Asian countries) country applicants and for others NPR 2000 and, currently payable online.
