Haritalika Teej at NTBMonday, September 6th, 2021
When the auspicious festival of women “Haritalika Teej” is approaching at the door steps of Nepalese women, Nepal Tourism Board (NTB) organized Teej Festival at its office in Bhrikuti mandap, Kathmandu.
Speaking at the function, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of NTB Dr. Dhananjay Regmi extended his heartiest congratulations and best wishes to the employees on the auspicious occasion of Teej festival.
CEO Dr. Regmi highlighted on the religious, cultural and social importance of Teej festival since this unique festival is celebrated by both married as well as unmarried women “marriage of the god Shiva to the Hindu goddess “Hartalika”.
Similarly, executive committee member at NTB Ms. Pampha Devi Dhamala laid emphasis on the importance of celebrating the festival as it binds them together and promotes motivation and team building among the employees.
Likewise, Sr. Director at NTB Ms. Nandini Lahe-Thapa expressed her happiness of celebrating the festival extending love and best wishes among colleagues and thanked NTB trade union of organizing the festival.
Chairman of NTB Trade Union Gopal Bhandari thanked all the fellow colleagues for joining the program and extended his best wishes on the very occasion.
The program which was organized by NTB Trade Union had provided followed by the hi-tea and the female employees were handed-over the gift-hampers.
