Madhesh Tourism Meet 2025 successful concluded in BirgunjMonday, June 16th, 2025

Three days Madhesh Tourism Meet was organized in Two major cities of Madhesh Janakpurdham and Birgunj, it is a significant initiative jointly organized by the Nepal Tourism Board, Janakpur Sub Metropolitan City, Birgunj Metropolitan city and NATTA Madhesh, along with local partners SOTTO , HAN Janakpur and Birgunj and FNCCI Madhesh.

It is a meaningful step towards strengthening tourism ties, mutual understanding, and tourism development between Indo-Nepal border cities. The meet brings together tourism tour operators and media personalities from Nepal and adjoining southern Indian cities of Bihar ,Uttar Pradesh and West Bangle such as Sitamarhi, Darbhanga, Muzaffarpur, Patna, Varanasi, Ayodhya,as well as eastern Indian cities like Kolkata and Siliguri in West Bengal.

Madhesh Tourism Meet , with B to B sessions and products FAM trips to Janakpurdham, Dhanushadham , Barat Tal , Cultural sites of Birgunj was a valuable opportunity for all the invited tourism entrepreneurs and tour operators to enhance their knowledge on Nepal’s New tourism products and added new facilities in Janakpur and Birgunj area, which in turn will be empower them to do their business in better ways and growing manners.
