LOS ANGELES, CA — The Nepal Tourism Board (NTB), together with five travel companies from Nepal, concluded its participation at the Los Angeles Travel & Adventure Show 2026 held on March 7–8 in Los Angeles.

The Nepal Pavilion attracted strong interest from the U.S. travel market, highlighting the spirit of the Nepal Himalaya through adventure experiences, cultural encounters, authentic cuisine, and the warm hospitality of the Nepali people.

The showcase focused on Nepal’s world-class trekking and outdoor adventures while promoting sustainability and responsible travel.

NTB officials also interacted with media professionals, content creators, and travel bloggers to build partnerships and expand Nepal’s presence in the U.S. travel market. NTB is working closely with Nepal’s embassies, consulates general, honorary consuls, as well as Nepali diaspora and student communities for collaborative tourism promotion in upcoming programs.

Participating companies — Adventure Outdoor Treks & Expedition, Altitude Himalaya, Earthbound Expeditions, Rolwaling Excursion, and Satori Adventures — reported strong interest from travelers and industry partners. They promoted and sold tour and trekking packages of around two weeks, along with Everest and other mountain expedition programs extending up to eight weeks.

The Nepal stall, located near the entrance with strong visibility, attracted steady visitor traffic throughout the event. NTB was represented by Bimal Kadel, Senior Manager, and Janaki Prasad Upadhyaya, Senior Officer.
