NTB Welcomes Newly Appointed Tourism SecretaryFriday, August 23rd, 2019
Newly appointed Secretary to the Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation Mr. Kedar Bahadur Adhikari was welcomed by Nepal Tourism Board at its office in Bhrikutimandap on Aug. 23, 2019. Joint Secretary from the MoCTCA , Members of the Executive Committee, Chief Executive Officer of NTB, Directors and officials were also present during the welcoming ceremony.
In addition to being formally welcomed, the Secretary was also briefed about the work modality of NTB by the CEO Mr. Deepak Raj Joshi. Similarly, NTB Executive Members, NTB Employees’ Union Members also welcomed the Secretary.
At the program, Secretary Mr. Adhikari expressed his views on tourism promotion and sustainable tourism development of Nepal. He said focus was needed to create new and innovative product development strategies for enhancing tourist experience and increasing the length of stay in the potential tourism areas of Nepal.
