Nepal Showcases Tourism Potential at Guangzhou International Travel Fair 2025 OpeningFriday, May 16th, 2025
Nepal Tourism Board (NTB) marked a strong opening at the Guangzhou International Travel Fair (GITF) 2025, China’s leading travel trade exhibition, with a vibrant pavilion showcasing Nepal’s diverse attractions. The fair being held from 15-17 May, was led by NTB officials Mr. Santosh Panta and Mr. Robin Regmi along with 10 private sector companies. The delegation highlighted Cultural Tourism, Sustainable Tourism and Key Nepalese Products like trekking, mountaineering, adventure activities and wildlife safaris through interactive displays and presentations to the local buyers throughout the fair. The Nepal Pavilion addressed queries and curiosities on visa, connectivity, itinerary, safety and security among others. A program “Nepal Destination Seminar” was specially organised to update the Chinese counterparts on Nepal as a destination and the exclusive tourism products it has to offer.
