Situation Update | Manaslu Trekking RouteFriday, September 11th, 2026

According to the District Administration Office, Gorkha, the damaged structures along the route connecting Chumnubri Rural Municipality–4, Namrung, have been restored to a condition suitable for trekking. The earlier restriction on trekking in the affected section has therefore been lifted.

Travellers planning to trek in the Manaslu region are advised to remain updated on local conditions and follow necessary safety precautions while travelling.
Manaslu is accessible. Nepal continues to welcome travellers.
