35 renowned travel video makers, vloggers and influencers came together at the Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation for an interaction organized by Nepal Tourism Board (NTB) on how we can tell Nepal’s tourism story better, wider and more authentically.

The interaction was attended by Hon’ble Minister for Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation Khadak Raj Paudel (Ganess), Chairman of Nepal Tourism Board and Secretary of the Ministry Mukund Prasad Niraula, and Officiating CEO of NTB Hikmat Singh Ayer.

Hon’ble Minister Paudel emphasized the importance of showcasing the “real Nepal”—a Nepal that is not only about mountains, landscapes and heritage, but also about its people, their warmth, culture, stories and the everyday people-to-people experiences that make a journey memorable.

Officiating CEO Ayer welcomed the creators and called for their continued support in showcasing Nepal’s destinations and experiences to audiences around the world.

The discussion was open, energetic and practical. The creators shared their experiences and highlighted the need for better inter-agency coordination, stronger synchronization and more effective use of the incredible content already being created for Nepal.

The message was clear: destination promotion is no longer only about producing advertisements. It is about creating stories people want to watch, believe and experience.

And who better to tell those stories than the people already travelling, filming and sharing Nepal with the world?
