In close coordination with Tourist Police, relevant government agencies and tourism associations, NTB is operating dedicated Help Desks at Nepal Tourism Board office in Bhrikutimandap, Kathmandu, and at the Domestic and International spaces of Tribhuvan International Airport, following the recent floods, to provide information, coordination and support to those affected.

Information & Data Collection: Collecting and updating information regarding casualties and missing persons, including foreign tourists and Nepali tourism workers.

Family Liaison: Assisting affected tourists, tourism workers and their families in establishing contact with their respective handling companies and relevant stakeholders.

Coordination & Facilitation: Providing necessary support, coordinating with concerned agencies, and sharing verified information updates with those concerned.

The Help Desks remain in continuous operation, with regular coordination and facilitation underway to support those affected.
