Following Nepalgunj and Dharan, upcoming travel mart happening in DhangadhiMonday, April 4th, 2022

With the objective of promoting tourism activities in the far western region, the main project of Nepal Tourism Board and Dhangadhi Sub-metropolitan Municipality with the support of NATTA Far West will be held on 25^th, 26^th and 27^th of Chaitra, 2078, 8^th-10^th of April 2022 accordingly. Nepal Tourism Board has decided to organize ‘Provincial Travel Mart’ in each province to develop, expand the business activities of the tourism entrepreneurs of different provinces of Nepal and to establish business relations with the tour operators of the international resource market. The mart is being organized in accordance with the policy and program of 2078 BS. NTB CEO, Dr. Dhananjay Regmi informed.

Beautiful Far West: Shukla to Api Saipal will be used to promote tourism in the Far West. NATTA Far West, as well as other local tourism organizations, will be present at the mart. Previously, the board completed West Travel Mart in Nepalgunj and Eastern Travel Mart in Dharan in collaboration with Nepalgunj Sub-metropolitan Municipality and Dharan Sub-metropolitan Municipality. Around 40 tour operators from the bordering Indian cities of Lakhimpur, Bareilly, Rudrapur, Nainital, Dehradun, and Delhi, India’s capital, participated as buyers in the Farwest Travel Mart 2022. According to Mr. Hikmat Singh Ayer, NTB Senior Director, the interaction will be done from a business-to-business standpoint. He also stated that some Indian bloggers and media representatives would be invited to the mart to promote tourist destinations and activities.

Attractive pavilion stalls, stalls from nine districts, as well as tour operators, hoteliers, and tourism service providers, will be built in the mart. The mart’s attractions will be local cultural tableau, cultural presentation, and food stalls. Tour packages will be exchanged between tourism business representatives from the seven states to promote domestic tourism. Indian tour operators, bloggers, and media will be given a tour of local hotels and casinos, as well as rafting in Karnali River, jungle safari within Shuklaphanta National Park, and an introduction to religious sites. Maya Prakash Bhatta, Chairman of NATTA Far West, stated that an introductory tour would be organized to provide tourism entrepreneurs and media representatives from the province participating in the mart with direct experience of local tourist destinations and activities.

Through the promotion and promotion of tourist packages, destinations, and activities, the project is expected to increase the number of arrivals of Indian tourists as well as the number of domestic tourism activities in the far western region. As a result, active participation of tourism entrepreneurs, stakeholders interested in the tourism sector, and the media sector is expected for Dhangadhi Travel Mart’s grand opening.

नेपालगञ्ज र धरानपछि धनगढिमा ट्रावलमार्ट हँुदै

सुदूरपश्चिम प्रदेशको पर्यटन गतिविधिहरुको प्रवद्र्धन गर्ने उद्देश्यकासाथ नेपाल पर्यटन बोर्ड र धनगढी उपमहानरपालिकाको मूल आयोजना तथा नाट्टा फारवेष्टको स्थानीय संयोजनमा यही २०७८ चैत्र २५, २६ र २७ गते (तद्नुसार ८–१०, अप्रिल २०२२) धनगढीमा फारवेष्ट ट्राभल मार्ट २०२२ आयोजना हुने भएको छ । नेपालका विभिन्न प्रदेशका पर्यटन व्यवसायीहरूको व्यवसायिक गतिविधिहरुको विकास, विस्तार र अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय स्रोत–बजारका टुर अपरेटरहरूसँग व्यवसायिक सम्बन्ध स्थापित गर्न प्रत्येक प्रदेशमा ‘प्रादेशिक ट्राभल मार्ट‘ को आयोजना गर्ने नेपाल पर्यटन बोर्डको आ.व. २०७८÷७९ को नीति तथा कार्यक्रम अनुरुप मार्ट आयोजना गर्न लागिएको पर्यटन बोर्डका कार्यकारी प्रमुख डा. धनन्जय रेगमीले जानकारी दिनुभयो ।
