Nepal Tourism Board (NTB) made a remarkable impression at the Travel and Tourism Fair (TTF) in Bengaluru, held from February 13 to 15, 2025. Alongside 15 Nepali travel companies, NTB showcased Nepal’s diverse tourism offerings, solidifying its position as a premier travel destination for Indian outbound tourists.

The event, held at the Palace Ground in Bengaluru, was inaugurated by the Secretary of State Ministry of Tourism and Culture of Karnataka. Nepal’s stall stood out as a hub for valuable business networking, fostering direct connections between Nepali tourism stakeholders, Indian travel professionals, and global counterparts.

Participating travel companies presented a wide array of travel packages tailored to the diverse preferences of Indian tourists, ranging from relaxed leisure tours and cultural-spiritual journeys to adrenaline-packed adventure treks. Nepal’s unique blend of natural beauty, rich culture, thrilling adventures, and warm hospitality captivated the growing number of Indian travelers seeking meaningful and enriching experiences.

A highlight of the event was Nepal winning the prestigious “Best Decoration Award”, a testament to the creativity and effort put into showcasing the country’s vibrant tourism offerings.

With the demand for international travel on the rise in India, Nepal is well-positioned to capture a larger share of the outbound market. The tourism sector is optimistic about a surge in visitor numbers in 2025, driven by strengthened collaboration with Indian travel trade partners and continuous efforts to enhance visitor experiences in Nepal.

Thanks to direct air connectivity between major Indian cities and Kathmandu, Nepal remains a convenient and highly attractive destination for Indian travelers. The successful participation at TTF Bengaluru underscores Nepal’s commitment to promoting itself as a must-visit destination for 2025 and beyond.
