Nepal Successfully Concludes a Vibrant Showcase at ITE Hong Kong 2025Wednesday, June 25th, 2025

Hong Kong, June 15, 2025 – Nepal Tourism Board (NTB) has successfully concluded its participation at the International Travel Expo (ITE) Hong Kong 2025, leaving a strong impression on regional tourism professionals and travelers alike. Held from June 12–15 at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, the event served as a valuable platform for promoting Nepal’s rich tourism offerings and engaging in meaningful B2B networking.

Located at Booth V101 in Hall 1E, the Nepal Pavilion attracted a steady stream of visitors throughout the expo. Visitors expressed keen interest in Nepal’s Himalayan trekking experiences, spiritual and cultural circuits, and short-haul getaways. Many trade queries revolved around connectivity options, trek routes, seasonal preferences, and value-for-money travel packages, indicating high demand from the Hong Kong and regional markets.
Senior Manager Udaya Bhattarai of NTB conducted a dedicated destination presentation, where he emphasized Nepal’s readiness to welcome tourists with its unmatched mix of nature, adventure, and heritage. He extended an open invitation to the international tourism trade to collaborate and co-create experiences in Nepal.

The Nepal Pavilion stood out with its compelling portrayal of the country’s ancient heritage, dramatic Himalayan landscapes, and thrilling adventure offerings. The participation of private sector companies further enriched the showcase, highlighting Nepal’s capacity for diverse travel experiences.
The presence of Dr. Bindeshwar Prasad Lekhak, Honorary Consul General of Nepal to Hong Kong, added encouragement to the delegation. During his visit to the Nepal Pavilion, he praised the unified efforts of the Nepal Tourism Board and private sector exhibitors in enhancing Nepal’s image among Asian travel markets.
